Nutrient Management Plans and Strategies are a required component when applying for a building permit for a new barn or barn addition. I will handle the entire process, from start to finish. I will complete all necessary documentation, ensuring each plan or strategy meets regulatory standards and accurately reflects your operation. Once finalized, we submit the completed Nutrient Management Plan or Strategy directly to OMAFA for review and approval, helping you move forward with your project efficiently and with confidence.

Wetland evaluation and delineation under the Ontario Wetland Evaluation System (OWES) involves identifying the boundaries of a wetland and assessing its ecological significance. The process includes detailed field surveys to document vegetation, soils, hydrology, and wildlife habitat, as well as analyzing landscape features and functions such as water storage, biodiversity, and connectivity. Using standardized OWES criteria, the wetland is then scored to determine its classification and whether it qualifies as a Provincially Significant Wetland (PSW). This evaluation ensures that wetlands are accurately mapped and protected through informed land-use planning and environmental regulation.
